Crash Kills Two; Sends Another to the Hospital

A car accident in Rowan County kills two and sends another to the hospital.

The wreck happened around nine Saturday morning on I-64 near the 145 mile marker.

State Police worked the accident and say a pickup truck hauling a trailer with a bull inside got a flat tire and lost control of the truck.
They say while the pickup truck was trying to pull off the road, a Dodge Neon tried to pass and both vehicles ended up upside down in the median.

Investigators say the driver, 56 year old, Johnny B. Blevins and his passenger, 21-year-old, Devin Campbell died on the scene.
Police say the driver of the Dodge Neon, 23-year-old, Charles Ison was flown to UK hospital.
